We are not a trading platform, broker, financial institution, or investment company.
We sell and license software technology only, enabling clients to connect their own brokerage accounts to systems of their choosing.

Third-Party Dependencies
You acknowledge that performance may depend on brokers, liquidity providers, internet connectivity, or other external factors beyond our control.
Subscription and Payments
Subscription Fees
Access to Vibe Trader products may require setup fees or recurring subscription fees as disclosed during checkout.
Non-Refundable Fees
Upfront fees are subject to a 30-day refund policy where applicable. Recurring subscription fees are non-refundable once paid, as outlined in our Refund Policy.
Account Registration with Brokers
Vibe Trader does not open, hold, or manage client trading accounts.
All account registration, deposits, withdrawals, and trading activity occur directly between you and the regulated broker of your choice.
Our role is strictly limited to providing software technology that may connect to those accounts. We do not act as a custodian, intermediary, or financial service provider in any form.
You are responsible for ensuring your chosen broker is reputable, compliant, and suitable for your jurisdiction.
Use of Our Software
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
Broker Independence
Vibe Trader does not act as a broker nor endorse any broker. Any examples of brokers are for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for selecting and maintaining your brokerage accounts.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to misuse our software for unlawful purposes, reverse-engineer any code, or manipulate performance data.
Service Access
We may modify, suspend, or terminate access to any service for maintenance, updates, security, or operational reasons at our discretion.
Privacy and Data Collection
Your use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in that policy.

Brokerage Responsibility
Any disputes or issues involving third-party brokers or trading outcomes fall entirely outside the responsibility of Vibe Trader.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
